Synopsis

Eric, a senior in high school can not understand why his single mother Nancy is making him attend an in-state community college in his hometown when he would rather go out into the world and attend college someplace else. Over the course of a day, Eric and Nancy come to an understanding as to why Nancy made this decision.

‘The Road Home’ explores a complicated mother-son relationship through a single day in their lives.
